My name is Svetlana. I was born and raised in the city of Donetsk. My dream was to become a teacher since childhood, but I was only able to find my calling after I learned about God's love in 2003. God simply took me in His strong hand and led me to where He thought I needed to be. Jesus turned and changed my life.

I already have a grown daughter, and we both serve in ministry together. We sang in the choir, led a home group, served in Sunday school, and led a group of cooks.

Since 2014, we have been forced to leave our hometown and home due to the hostility in Donbas. God perfectly placed us in the city of Dnipro, where I immediately became a volunteer. I got into projects on the hotline, humanitarian aid, and leading creative workshops. In 2017, I first came to the village of Znamenivka to Solid Rock Mission. I immediately felt at home! I am currently completing my master's degree at the International University of Vision. God has taught me many things in this life. Now is the time to share my knowledge and experience with others for the Kingdom of God!

A person's wealth is not measured by the number of houses, cars or money. It is measured by the number of good deeds we do to others. Sometimes, having lost everything, it seems that this is the end. But this is the beginning of something new, where you can find much more than all the riches - peace, faith, joy, love.
